Postage and Delivery

At Oh Boy! we are committed to you receiving your order as soon as possible. We will dispatch your order within 2 working days from the time your order is placed and paid for.

Within Australia

Oh Boy! are currently using Australia Post Express service to send out orders. Online tracking is available. Postage is charged at a flat rate of $12.50 for orders within Australia. For all orders over $200, postage is free.


The postage fee for all international orders will be calculated based on the regional zones defined by Australia Post - see the table below. For all orders over $500, postage is free.

International orders are subject to your country's duties and taxes and are the customer's responsibility.


To ensure you can get your hands on a particular item before it arrives, you can pre-order items at Oh Boy!. Pre-orders require a 30% deposit to be paid for when item is ordered. Orders are to be paid in full and finalised within a week of item arriving at Oh Boy!. You will be notified when you item/s arrive.


Saving for a special occassion?
You can layby that special piece with no additional fees. Laybys can be used for any non-sale items. You can choose to pay any amount off the balance of your layby at any time you choose. All laybys are to be paid for in full and finalised within four (4) weeks of order being place. Any layby orders that are not finalised by due date will be cancelled and you will be refunded your payments, minus a 10% admin and restocking fee.

You will be notified before you layby is cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned for refund or exchange provided:

  • items are returned in its original unworn and un-altered condition
  • All clothing and Oh Boy! tag(s) remains attached
  • all shoes and accessories packaging and boxes are complete and undamaged
  • items are not marked “Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges”*
  • due to hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned

Returned items that do not meet the above conditions/are damaged will not be accepted or may result in a fee.

Please email us at info@ohboy.com.au to let us know your intentions of returning an item/s within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Items are to be returned to us within 5 days of your order arrival.
  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed once original items are received by us.
  • In the case of exchanges where replacement item is not available, we will contact you to arrange another item, store credit or refund.
  • Return postage is to be borne by the customer.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items lost in post. To ensure safe arrival, please send items back registered and/or with tracking.
  • Oh Boy! will wear the cost of outward postage for one exchange per order domestically. Any additional exchanges on the same order will incur additional postage fees. Exchanges on international orders will incur additional postage costs.
  • Postage costs are non-refundable.

*To facilitate the clearance of stock, sale items marked "Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges" cannot be returned. Final Sale items will not have Oh Boy! tag attached and therefore returns/exchanges not accepted.


We use Paypal to process payments made via credit card. You do not need to have a paypal account to use paypal checkout. You can also pay with bank funds through Paypal.
In addition to paying with credit card, you can also select to pay via direct deposit (in Australia).
